What's inside

The same one-page layout as the Basic, plus two rating scales:

  • Muscle development scale (X to XXXX)
  • Muscle tone and texture scale (0 to 4)

These scales let you show your clients the progress you're making with their horse's muscles over time, which also shows the value of what you do.

Plus fields for:

  • Horse name and owner name
  • Session date, last session date and next session date
  • Reason for session: the goals or purpose of the visit (for example, "client states that horse is stiff on the right side")
  • Notes: your findings from palpation and the session itself (for example, "hypertrophy in upper triceps")
  • Side views of the horse: a visual record for your client. Write the scale marks right on the muscles (for example, "XX" on an area, or "2" on muscles that feel stiff and rigid).

How is this different from the Basic template?

Advanced adds the two rating scales and swaps the separate assessment box for one larger notes box. Both have the horse diagrams and the visit details.

Does it include PEMF?

No. There's no PEMF reactivity scale in this version. [CONFIRM WITH JEN: is a PEMF version planned?]

Can I fill it in more than once?

Yes. Print it as many times as you like for your own sessions.
